Part One: how to rip DVD or convert videos

Step 1: Select your videos and DVDs
There are 2 ways to select your input videos and DVDs.
1. Click "File" button in the menu list and then you can load both videos and DVDs directly.

2. Click "Add Video" button to load videos, or click "Load DVD" to load DVD from DVD Rom/Folder /IFO /ISO files respectively.

Step 2: Select output settings
The second step is to select output settings. Click on "Profile" and select necessary output format from here. If you intend to rip DVD movies, you can choose subtitle and soundtrack here as well.

If you want to get your advanced setting of video resolution, frame rate, encoder and bit rate, you can click on "settings" and alter here manually.

Step 3: start conversion
Click on start, and the conversion will begin automatically. A conversion progress screen will be shown during the process where you can preview the video.

Part Two: how to edit video by using iSkysoft iMedia Converter

Tip No.1: Merge multi-files into one
Check all files you want to merge and then click "Merge", the selected files will be merged into one file.

Tip No. 2: Clip one file into multiple segments
You can clip your whole video into segments here. Drag the small triangle and set up the start time and end time. You can always merge clips you've chosen for a complete one.
